Become a Campus Rep at your school and represent MyEdu (formerly Pick-A-Prof). Gain marketing and business experience and have fun along the way. Read on to learn how to join the MyEdu Campus Crew!
You'll collaborate and work closely with the MyEdu team to create and run marketing programs, promotions and events. You'll also host workshops, lead presentations and build relationships with students, faculty and advisors on your campus.
As a Campus Rep, you get to take what you know about your school and network with campus leaders to help students succeed in college - and get paid for it too! And at many campuses, the position is also applicable for an internship credit.
MyEdu is seeking an enthusiastic sophomore or junior who is looking for a great learning experience and opportunity for growth.
Position will be applicable for internship credit as long as student receives permission from their department. Compensation will be based on percentage of undergraduate market penetration, and representative is encouraged to work 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities Include:
- Performing viral and hands on marketing on and around campus to encourage student membership on www.myedu.com
- Developing monthly plan with key deadlines and goals
- Providing feedback to MyEdu for market analysis and application development based on campus information collected
- Interfacing with users as well as internal managers and staff
Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and drive to follow projects through to completion
- Leadership and organizational experience a plus
- Exceptional work ethic and desire to work in a growing company
- Strong oral and written communication skills
